Free Shipping for all orders above INR 999.
An Extra Fee of INR 100 is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders.

For all international orders from outside India, shipping charges are based on weight and differ for each country. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. Customs and duties for international orders will be borne by the customer. Please note that customs duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on the actual duties charged by your country of delivery address. Delivery Times Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Domestic Orders: Delivery takes approximately 2-4 days. International Orders: Delivery takes approximately 7-15 days. If you need your order urgently, please contact us to prioritize your order. Orders with multiple items may arrive in multiple shipments. Estimated delivery times are indicative; delays beyond our control may occur. We will inform you of any significant delays. Order Tracking Domestic Orders: You will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order is dispatched. International Orders: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can track your package 24 hours after dispatch. Delays and Cancellations Delayed Dispatch: If your package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@littleshop.ae. Cancellation by Littleshop: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our fraud department. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be reversed to your card account. You agree not to dispute our decision on cancellations. Customs Duties Customs and duties for international orders are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be estimated by us before or after placing an order. We cannot assure if customs duties will be applied. Courier Information Delivery Time: Delivery takes 3-12 business days, excluding payment verification and administrative processes. Delivery Tracking: Delivery is traceable and is made under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Signature Required: A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, re-delivery will be attempted up to two more times. The courier company will contact you for re-delivery arrangements. Delivery Factors: Delivery time may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions and strikes. No refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be entertained for delivery delays. Mailing Hours Orders are processed and packed during our operational hours: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).
